The palate is fruity, with juiciness, freshness, minerality, pulpiness, fatness and a certain little mellowness. It expresses notes of pulpy/mellow raspberry, cherry and small notes of blackberry, associated with touches of tonka bean, tobacco, fresh flowers, a hint of iris and clove. Good definition. Freshness and minerality. Good cocoa bitterness with a certain little richness on the palate and fleshiness.
