Château Tessendey 2019 – Fronsac

The nose is fruity and offers a small gourmandize, a small power and a very fine intensity. It reveals notes of crushed blackberry, crushed raspberry, small notes of toasted/chocolate associated with small touches of small juicy fruits, nutmeg as well as a hint of sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juiciness, gourmandize and a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, wild raspberry, small notes of juicy cassis associated with a touch of small crushed red berries, violet as well as hints of crunchy/juicy violet plum, nutmeg and toasted. Good length.
