The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers a mineral/fresh frame, a small tension, a fine grain, a certain density and “blackness”. On the palate this wine expresses notes of wild cassis, small wild black berries, small notes of small wild blue fruits associated with touches of strawberry, liquorice stick, black pepper, a subtle hint of liquorice stick, camphor and a discreet hint of violet (in the background). A hint of bitterness of the cocoa on the finish/persistence.
