The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, a slight fleshy, a slight gourmandise, suavity as well as a slight tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy strawberry and red berries associated with slight notes of cherry, blackberry as well as hints of toasted oak, spices, a discreet hint of caramelization and an imperceptible/very discreet hint of Sichuan pepper. Tannins are well-built. Good length.
