The nose is fruity, elegant, fresh and airy, with depth, beautifully silky and austere at the same time. It reveals notes of wild cassis, boysenberry and small notes of roasted-elegant redcurrants, associated with touches of wild strawberry, almost a discreet Mediterranean edge – fresh aromatic herbs in the wine. The palate is well-built, supple, fresh, aerial, with elegant austerity and depth. It’s also gourmand, with tension, precision, a good definition and a chiseled, almost crystalline graphene side. In mouth this wine expresses notes of wild cassis, small roasted-elegant red berries and small notes of touches of aromatic herbs, associated with nuances of mocha, smoke and a hint of star anise and toast. Good length. A wine fresh, supple and bright.
