The nose is fruity, precise, racy, beautifully fresh and offers complexity, finesse, fresh blackness, depth, a little multi-layered side. It expresses notes of blackberry, spices and more slightly pulpy raspberry, associated with touches of fresh and quite ripe red berries (Mediterranean side) as well as discreet hints of Punjab pepper, spices, lily and cocoa. The palate is beautifully juicy, fruity and offers freshness, minerality, a fresh frame, a good definition of accuracy. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, violet and more slightly – fresh wild raspberry bright associated with touches of blueberry, roasted-juicy wild red berries, as well as hints of racy/saline minerality and a subtle hint of fresh flowers, mocha, camphor and graphite. The tannins are tasty and soft. A nice darkness and harmony, a little softness and very discreetly grainy on the finish/persistence. A subtle hint of graphite on the nose. A stretched side nose and mouth, cocoa bitterness.
