The nose is elegant, finely tight, fine and offers power, freshness, a small concentration. This wine should be decanted. It reveals notes of quite ripe blackberry, ripe raspberry and small notes of small wild fruits associated with touches of small crushed berries, violet as well as a hint of plum, a racy minerality, iode, Sichuan pepper, discreet hints of mild tobacco, spices and ripe almond. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced, racy and offers a fresh frame, a beautiful definition, a justly built concentration, a fine richness, suavity, gourmandize and a good structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed blackberry, crushed strawberry and small notes of quite ripe cassis associated with touches of violet, lily, chocolate as well as hints of crushed plum, tonka bean, cardamom, grey pepper, a very discreet hint of toasted, vanilla and tobacco. Good length. Tannins are precise, fine and offer a small straightness.
