The nose is aromatic. There are notes of apricot, quince and small notes of fresh pineapple, associated with touches of verbena and a fine hint of eucalyptus, as well as discreet hints of ginger, a subtle hint of spices and a hint of orangette. Lovely minerality. The palate is well-built, supple and offers fatness, roundness, definition and gourmandise. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of lemon paste, pineapple in syrup and small notes of crystallized mandarin, combined with touches of vine peach paste, hints of mango, as well as fine hints of apricot blossom, ginger, candied mandarin, vanilla, small nuts fruits and a subtle, almost toasty hint on the finish. Lovely persistence. A well-built wine, gourmand, unctuous, balanced and elegant. A very discreet hint of verbena (in the background) leads the tasting.
