The nose is aromatic and offers power, a certain concentration, a nice intensity in freshness, a spicy side as well as complexity. There are notes of kumquat, crushed peach and, more slightly, crushed berries combined with hints of white flowers, exotic fruit, fine hints of lychee, spices and a discreet hint of vanilla and an imperceptible touch of pepper. The palate is fruity, elegant and offers a nice balance, delicacy, unctuousness, a very nice finesse of the grain as well as an airy side in the management of its richness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of ripe vine peach, stewed apple and, more slightly, kumquat, combined with hints of quince and hints of spice, biscuit, vanilla and sweet spices. Lovely sweetness and a pastry-like finish.
