The nose is fruity, fresh and elegant. It reveals notes of fresh lemon, fresh zests, candied citrus and more slightly fresh mandarin, pineapple in syrup associated with fine touches of verbena, candied apricot, a discreet touch of white flowers/white rose, subtle hints of spices as well as a very discreet hint of nutmeg, fresh almond, fresh honey and gray pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, a fine unctuosity, a small richness as well as a beautiful gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied pear, candied nectarine and more slightly candied pineapple, candied citrus, candied apricot associated with fine/discreet touches of almond, oak, vanilla, white flowers and very discreet touches of spices (in the background). Good length. Fine fleshiness on the finish. Beautiful acidulous persistence. There is a hint of fruits in syrup and almond on the persistence.
