The nose is fine and elegant. It reveals notes of pear, candied quince and a discreet hint of fresh mandarin associated with a very discreet hint of spices and very discreet hint of yuzu zests as well as hints of spices and flint. The palate is fruity, fresh, beautifully balanced and offers a beautiful freshness, a slight straightness as well as tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of apple compote, pear and slight notes of compoted brugnon associated with slight hints of quince, slight/discreet hints of flowers/verbena as well as a very discreet hint of quenette, spices, candied ginger and very slight hints of honey.
