The nose is elegant, gourmand and offers deepness with a small aerial side in its relative concentration/ power (to put back in the context of the vintage). It reveals notes of pulpy/ bright cassis, blueberry and small notes of vanilla associated with touches of violet, a hint of roast as well as hints of licorice. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, a mineral frame, a good definition. It is the acidulous fruit that leads the tasting. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/ juicy cherry, juicy blueberry and small notes of fleshy blackcurrant associated with touches flowers, see a discreet point of severity as well as hints of licorice stick, toast, and a hint of almond. A very discreet tip almost roasting in the background. Good length with precision, slight straightness.
