The nose is fruity/aromatic, elegant, bright and offers a beautiful definition, freshness as well as a racy/finely tight grain. It reveals notes of pulpy/juicy Boysen berry, pulpy blue plum, small notes of juicy/fresh raspberry associated with small touches of cassis, a hint of cherry, cornflower as well as discreet hints of pepper, nutmeg and an imperceptible hint of almond. The palate is fruity, elegant, mineral and offers tension, a beautiful freshness, a beautiful definition, suavity as well as grain, a beautiful dynamism and a small deepness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh Boysen berry, juicy/slightly crunchy cassis, small notes of fresh raspberry associated with small touches of fresh cornflower, rose as well as fine hints of bright cherry, nutmeg, toasted oak, a very discreet hint of hazelnut and cardamom (in the background). Good length. Tannins are elegant, precise and structuring. A very discreet hint of mocha and grilled on the persistence.
