The nose is fruity, elegant, gourmand and offers a certain richness and a slight roasted character almost very discreetly about aromatic herbs. It reveals notes of creamy Boysen blackberry, blueberry, and small notes of roasted or creamy strawberry associated with touches of ripe blue berries/ fresh associated with touches of tonka bean, roast, and a discreet hint almost bergamot. The palate is fresh, juicy, mineral and offers gourmandise. It is beautifully defined, gouleyant, bright, with a shiny side of the fruit and purity. There is a beautiful brightness on plum, cherry, and small notes of pulpy Boysen blackberry and hints of cornflower, licorice as well as toasted almond hints, a discreet hint of toast and ripe hazelnut. The tannins are mellow, elegant, and slightly velvety. Pretty suppleness and fullness of the fruit, a little enveloping side in juiciness and gourmandise. We feel almost a discreet roasted/ sweet tip on the finish/ persistence.
