The nose is elegant, racy, beautifully defined and offers concentration/power and deepness. It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry, wild cassis and small notes of small black fruits associated with touches of liquorice, gray pepper, fine touches of small red fruits as well as a hint of violet, spices, camphor and discreet hints of toasted almond. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, precision, tension and finesse/richness. On the palate this wine expresses notes juicy/fleshy cassis, juicy blackberry and small notes of juicy raspberry associated with fine touches of small berries, liquorice, violet/iris as well as discreet hints of cardamom, sweet spices, toasted and toasted almond. Tannins are elegant and structuring. Good length.
