The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a beautiful juiciness, suavity, precision, straightness as well as a beautiful acidulous frame and gourmandise. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cassis, blackberry and small notes of raspberry, black cherry associated with touches of acidulous cassis, discreet hints of redcurrants, discreet toasted hints, vanilla as well as a very discreet hint of menthol and flowers (in the background). Beautiful finish! There are a hint of almond, a toasted hint as well as a discreet hint of cedar, sap and an imperceptible hint of pepper on the finish. Tannins are fine, elegant and well-built. The finish is slightly powerful.
