A lovely fresh, tense, intense, precise nose. It offers notes of pulpy white peach, lychee and more slightly – fresh/pulp passion fruit associated with touches of ripe kumquat, sweet mandarin as well as fine hints of peach blossom, elderflower, as well as fine hints of pineapple and almost fresh vanilla hints. The palate is nicely structured, fresh, mineral, balanced and offers a tangy frame, juiciness, gourmandise, accuracy, tension, minerality. It expresses notes of pulpy/fresh peach, bright brugnon and more slightly – pulpy/juicy pear and lychee, associated with touches of quenette, apple blossom, as well as notes of verbena, needles warm pine, iodine and delicate hints of passion fruit and a subtle hint of almost ripe orange. Good length. Almost a sweet side and a tannic touch in the aromatics and structure. Nice flavor and very nice work on the bitters on the finish/persistence. Opulence, a superb mineral freshness that coats and a dynamic that carries. A fine hint of smoke and iodine in its fattiness.
