The nose is nicely intense, precise, peppery, airy and offers a very pretty, powerful grain, very fine and airy. We find notes of boysenberry, small, ripe wild red berries and small notes of roasted-elegant fruit, associated with fine hints of nutmeg, cardamom, discreet hints of cherry blossom as well as a hint of pulpy plum, a fine hint of crushed strawberry, Madagascar pepper, cornflower, infusion and a discreet, almost cypress-like hint. The palate is well-built, supple, airy, melodious, offering delicacy, roundness, nicely freshness, a beautifully mastery as well as a multi-layered side. Delicate in its powerful. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, violet and, small notes of, roasted-elegant raspberry, associated with touches of crushed strawberry as well as a hint of blue plum, cornflower, star anise and dark chocolate/cocoa. A subtle floral, almost tangerine-sweet note. Beautiful persistence.
