It reveals notes of pulpy/ripe wild blackberry, violet, small notes of crushed cassis associated with touches of crushed raspberry, small pulpy/juicy blue berries, cornflower as well as fine hints of Sichuan pepper, mild tobacco, a subtle hint of toasted almond, sweet spices/toasted. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, gourmandize as well as a good definition, precision, a fine tension, minerality/freshness, a racy minerality, a beautiful bright/pulpy/juicy fruit, a beautiful finesse of the grain, a beautiful delicacy and a beautiful aerial side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, juicy cassis, small notes of raspberry associated with touches of violet plum, small crushed red berries as well as touches of racy minerality, blueberry, violet/iris, grey pepper, nutmeg, chocolate (in the background) and zan. Tannins are well-built. A beautiful suave persistence.
