The nose is fresh, elegant, racy and offers a nice finesse of the grain, an airy side as well as a certain stretched power. It reveals notes of fresh / bright green apple, fresh mandarin and small crunchy fruits, bright peach associated with touches of carambola, fresh quenette as well as discreet touch of varietal hints, with a subtle touch of tilleul, spices as well as pepper and an imperceptible hint of verbena (in the background). The palate is fruity, balanced, elegant, racy, discreetly tight and offers an acidulous frame, minerality, roundness, a little unctuosity, tension, fullness, a saline character, a good guideline as well as a nice stretched side. A tannic side in the aromatics and in the structure. A nice fullness and harmony on the palate. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy apple, crushed peach and more slightly juicy / ripe lemon associated with touches of mandarin, exotic fruits, fine hints of mesocarps, acacia flowers as well as discreet hints of almonds, spices and a subtle hint of toast. A nice bitterness. Presence of a subtle hint of brioche on the base / end of the palate. (2025+)
