The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a fine acidulous frame, a beautiful definition, tension as well as a beautiful freshness, tension, concentration (but without opulence), suavity, fullness, a beautiful juiciness, minerality, finesse of the grain, density, a beautiful flesh and a beautiful finesse of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe cassis, wild blackberry, small notes of cornflower, small pulpy blue fruits associated with touches of blueberry as well as hints of violet plum, lilac, chocolate, caramelization and a very discreet hint of fresh truffle (in the background).
