The palate is fruity and offers gourmandise, mellowness and sapidity, finesse and a certain concentration in accuracy/finesse. It expresses notes of concentrated blackberry, pulpy/juicy raspberry, violet and small notes of small ripe-fresh red fruits, associated with a fine touch of racy minerality, wisteria, as well as fine hints of star anise and smoke. The tannins are sapid and mellow. Good length. Nice minerality and texture. Nice mellow persistence.
