The nose is elegant, aromatic and offers a justly built power, a beautiful finesse of the grain, intensity and a certain complexity. It reveals notes of pulpy/ripe raspberry, violet and small notes of small wild fruits associated with touches of griotte cherry, crushed blackberry as well as hints of vanilla, toasted hazelnut, chocolate and a discreet hint of Sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, freshness, an aerial side and a certain tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/fleshy blackberry, raspberry and small notes of bright blueberry associated with touches of griotte, cornflower, violet as well as hints of caramelized toasted, a varietal hint and hazelnut. Good length. Tannins are well-built. Good persistence.
