The nose is fruity and offers a small concentration, a fine intensity. It reveals notes of quince, lemon, small notes of green apple associated with touches of apple flowers, a racy minerality, citrus zests as well as a hint of Mirabelle, very discreet flowery hints (acacia, honeysuckle, tilleul…) and an imperceptible hint of toasted. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, an acidulous frame, juiciness, a small minerality, a good definition, suavity as well as roundness, a good purity of the fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy quince, juicy/fresh Mirabelle, small notes of lemon associated with touches of zests, lemon, crushed green apple as well as a discreet hint of acacia flowers, an imperceptible hint of sense of the place/local copse and bee wax/toasted. Good length. A very discreet tannic sensation on the finish/persistence.
