Château Simard 2022 – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

Château Simard 2022 – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

The nose is fruity and fresh, with delicate roasted notes and a spicy touch. There is also a floral hint. The palate is fruity with a beautiful minerality, a racy texture and a fine tension. We perceive notes of boysenberry, concentrated blackcurrant and slight notes of cornflowers associated with touches of tobacco as well as fine notes of blueberry. The wine offers freshness, minerality, a pretty floral side as well as a beautiful definition. A balanced wine with a sappy touch.
