The nose is spicy, fresh, floral and offers a certain power and intensity in its grain. It reveals notes of acacia, fresh gravel, fresh/juicy pear, associated with touches of fresh lychee, fine hints of small crushed fruits, a touch of crunchy mirabelle plum, as well as discreet hints of verbena and subtle hints of almost fresh pepper. The palate is well-built, fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a fresh, chiselled, taut, mineral frame. It also presents a certain delicacy, a beautiful minerality and a fine coating side. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh yellow apple, pear and small notes of small juicy/pulpy yellow fruits, combined with fine touches of acacia, as well as hints of crunchy apricot. Good length. A subtle tannic hint with a discreet hint of fresh honey and almost paprika in the background. Subtle chewiness of toasted almond on the finish/persistence.
