The nose is fruity, elegant, nicely fresh and racy. There are notes of crushed apple, toast and, to a lesser extent, racy minerality, combined with hints of vanilla, saffron, as well as discreet spices and a subtle hint of saffron (in the background). The palate is fruity and reveals a nice freshness, minerality, a nice definition, precision, accuracy, a tense aspect, almost a little aerial. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy peach, fresh pear and, more slightly, green apple in syrup, combined with hints of fresh pineapple, racy minerality and fine nuances of racy minerality, white flowers and fresh vanilla. Energy, freshness, good definition, finesse, dynamism, roundness on the palate.
