Château Siaurac 2022 – Lalande-de-Pomerol

The nose is fruity and ripe. It reveals notes of crushed raspberry, crushed redcurrant and small notes of star anise associated with touches of small blue fruits as well as fine hints of sweet spices, nutmeg and liquorice. The palate is nicely built, fresh, supple, precise, elegant and offers an airy side, a beautiful suppleness, a beautiful floral side, precision, delicacy as well as a fresh frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of small bright blue berries, bright blackcurrant and small notes of darkness/infusion associated with floral touches as well as fine sappy almost cyprus hints. A subtle hint of coffee and toast in the background. Good length. The wine is supple, fresh, ample and mineral and with a beautiful shine.
