Château Siaurac 2020 – Lalande-de-Pomerol 

The nose is fresh, fruity and offers a fine concentration, a nice finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of fresh wild blackberry, strawberry, small notes of bright blueberry associated with small touches of small bright berries, cherry flower, nutmeg and fine hints of chocolate (in the background). The mouth is fruity, balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, a good definition, gourmandize (in finesse), a nice precision, delicacy and a certain richness (in finesse). On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, creamy cassis, small notes of violet associated with touches of crushed strawberry, blueberry as well as fine hints of chocolate, caramelization and an imperceptible hint of severs (in the background). A fine chew at the end of the palate/persistence.
