The nose is fruity, concentrated and offers a certain airy power, fine and a floral side. It reveals notes of pulpy wild strawberry, creamy redcurrants and small notes of violet associated with hints of pulpy cassis, as well as fine hints of cornflower, aniseed and vanilla. On the palate, the wine is well-built, fresh, supple, mineral, balanced and offers a juicy/tangy frame, great energy, harmony and delicacy in the texture. It expresses notes of wild strawberry, pulpy cassis and more discreetly, crushed small red berries associated with touches of lilac, racy minerality, a hint of fresh blond tobacco and fine hints of star anise. On the finish, there are a delicate sapid hints and offers iodized touches. Tannins need time to polish. Beautiful persistence and gourmand.
