The nose is fruity and reveals power/concentration and a certain brightness of fruit. There are notes of bright raspberry, plump cherry and more lightly violet, combined with hints of blackberry, small tart violet plum and fine, almost star anise-like notes. The palate is fruity, discreetly tight and reveals acidity, energy and a tangy texture. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy raspberry, juicy/acidic cherry and more lightly fresh lily combined with hints of pistil/white lilac and fine points of racy minerality and a hint of tonka bean/cardamom. Good length.
