Château Sauman 2020 – Côtes de Bourg 

The nose is fruity, fresh and it offers spicy. It reveals the notes of blackberry, boysenberry, redcurrant, cherries, violet, grey pepper, fine hints of nutmeg. The mouth is fruity and offer juiciness, suavity, freshness, gourmandize, rounded, fat, the tension, richness well mastered, a beautiful grain. The wine express the notes of blackberry, raspberry, violet; red currants, blueberry, discreet hint of chocolate, vanilla,  asubtle hint of toast, nutmeg, a discreet hint of black tea and cardamon. The tannins are precise and finely mellow. A good gestion of bitterness at the end of the palate.
