On the nose, fruity, fresh and offers a spicy and explosive side. It reveals notes of ripe boysenberry, bright redcurrant and slighter notes of pulpy cherry associated with touches of violet, gray pepper and delicate hints of nutmeg.   On the palate, fruity and offers juiciness, smoothness, freshness, gourmandize, roundness, a little fat, tension as well as a certain controlled richness, a nice structure.   The wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy blackberry, bright blackcurrant and more slightly of raspberry associated with touches of violet, small bright red berries as well as blueberry, with discreet hints of chocolate, vanilla, with subtle hints of toast, hazelnut, nutmeg, with wafts of black tea and cardamom. The tannins are precise and exquisitely creamy. Nice management of bitterness at the finish.
