The nose is spicy, flowery and offers a slight crunchy side. There are notes of blackberry, Sicuan pepper and small notes of violet as well as slight hints of liquorice stick and a very discreet hint of dry gravels and spices. The mouth is fruity, beautifuly fresh, mineral, balanced and offers a beautiful juiciness, pulpiness/ juiciness, precision and energy. On the palate this wines expresses notes of juicy/ acidulous cherry, juicy/ pulpy cassis and small notes of acidulous plum associated with floral touches (cornflower, cherry blossom…), crushed strawberry, liquorice stick as well as a very discreet hint of toasted almond and a very discreet moka hint. Beautiful freshness. Minerality, suppleness and extent in freshness. A subtle chew in the background.
