This wine has a pale apricot color. It is clear and shiny. The first nose is vinous with stone fruits such as yellow peach and apricot. There is a nice freshness which is accompanied by orange blossom. With air, a smoky, mineral side appears with lemon zest. The attack is fresh with a hint of sweetness. There is also a slight bitterness reminiscent of citrus fruits such as lemon and citron zest. In the mid-palate there are small fruits from the orchard such as apricot and a surprising salinity makes its appearance. The finish is subtle with however a good length.
