The wine has a fine pale lemon colour. The nose is fresh and fruity with notes of apple as well as white peach. It’s aromatic. The second nose is pretty with a slight iodine touch. We find fruits with minerality. We have hints of pineapple as well as white flowers like jasmine. The palate is fresh and fruity with a nice dynamic acidity. There are notes of lemon as well as juicy apple. There is a slight saline impression in the mid-palate. We perceive hints of peach as well as tangy pineapple. Pleasant and nicely crafted wine. The finish is subtle on apricot.
