The wine has a limpid and shiny colour which has a pink gold hint. The first nose has a pronounced aromatic with a nice minerality. It is fresh, round, ample. There are notes of garrigue, green olive but also flowers such as almond blossom. There is also an imperceptible note of cucumber with fruits like watermelon. With aeration, it is smoky with small red fruits like raspberry. It needs a little time to express itself. The tasting is fresh, aromatic on fig, coconut water but also watermelon and small crushed red fruits such as redcurrant and raspberry. There is a pronounced acidity on the mid-palate which fades into a salivating finish. There are discreet notes of yellow peach and nectarine. The whole is delicate.
