It reveals notes of strawberry, juicy/fresh blackberry, small notes of juicy/fresh cherry associated with touches of fresh plum, hints of flower, fine hints of nutmeg as well as a discreet hint of fresh hazelnut, fresh spices and a subtle hint of pepper. The mouth is fruity and offers minerality, juiciness, a fine tension, a fine grain as well as fat, a fine aerial side, harmony, and a tannic structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy raspberry, small juicy/pulpy berries, small notes of cassis associated with touches of violet, tonka bean and toasted. The tannins are finely firm and finely tight. Very discreet hint of chocolate and a fine chew at the end of palate/persistence.
