The wine has a very pale color on the straw. The nose is fresh and fruity with notes of lemon and grapefruit. We also find touches of white pepper as well as fine hints of rosemary. When aerated, stone fruits such as white peach and apricot develop. We also perceive a discreet buttery side. The palate is round, fruity with beautiful notes of ripe lemon as well as juicy white peach. There is a slight bitterness in the mid-palate which enhances the whole. The finish is pretty on olive branch and apricot. It’s salivating.
