The wine has a very pale melon color. It is clear and shiny. The first nose is aromatic, intense. There are many citrus fruits such as juicy lemon but also lime zest and kumquat. A discreet grapefruit is also present. Little by little it is the lychee that appears with a fine note of yellow peach. The second nose is fresh, vegetal with aromatics such as thyme and rosemary. Complex. The attack is fresh with an acidity participating in a nice tension. We find citrus fruits such as grapefruit but also juicy lemon. Are added the fruits of the orchard with the peach. The mid-palate has a little bitterness with the aromatics. The finish is fine, subtle on the apple seed.
