The wine has a very pale yellow color. The nose is aromatic, powerful and delicious with notes of lemon as well as white peach. We also perceive nectarine and white grapes. There is a Sauvignon side that emerges with these citrus fruits and these almost passion fruit touches. The second nose is pretty, pleasant with fruits: citrus and orchard fruits. There is a certain dynamism. The palate is fresh with notes of rose as well as lemon and grapefruit. There are also fine hints of passion fruit. There is a nice salivating acidity which brings balance. The finish is always aromatic with grapefruit notes.
