The nose is fruity and offers freshness, a certain elegance, a beautiful definition of the fruit. It reveals notes of cherry, juicy/bright cassis, small notes of juicy/crunchy violet plum associated with small touches of flowers as well as fine hints of cherry blossom, sweet spices and zan. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, freshness, a small precision, tension as well as a fine straightness, fullness, a small fat and an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, bright cherry, small of redcurrant associated with a touch of crunchy/acidulous plum as well as hints of cornflower, tonka bean, discreet hints of spices and chocolate. Good length. Tannins are finely soft. Good work on the bitter in the finish.
