We then find notes of green apple, a hint of tangy pineapple, as well as acacia. The palate has a round texture on the attack, with a gourmand touch of white peach and apricot. Then we find notes of lemon, lime, green apple, a hint of minerality of limestone, as well as acacia. The finish is sapid, with a good bitterness and a distinct flavor of grapefruit. A chiseled wine, but with a certain roundness.
