The nose is fruity, finely tight and offers power. It reveals notes of wild blackberries, cassis and wild berries associated with a hint of cherry, garrigue, toasted oak, minerality / flint, mocha and a very discreet hint of Sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, precise / strict, well-structured and offers a nice freshness, a good definition, straightness, a beautiful acid frame, a certain richness, freshness, a good volume as well as a fine depthness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy strawberry, fleshy cassis and small notes of wild blackberry associated with fine touches of garrigue, racy minerality as well as a subtle hint of salinity, small touches of spices, vanilla and a very discreet hint of Sichuan pepper (in the background). Tannins are fine and a bit tight. Good length and good persistence. There is a hint of cocoa on the persistence.
