This wine has got a ruby color, limpid and clear. The first nose presents notes of roasted hazelnut as well as small red fruits. It is gourmand. With aeration, leather, cocoa and rose accompanied by pepper appear. We can smell the alcohol a little bit. The attack is smooth, velvety. There are roasting notes like mocha but also coconut and cocoa. The black fruits are stewed like blackberry and blueberry jam. The tannins are accompanied by a balanced acidity which continues in a saline finish with a hint of vegetal note.
