The nose presents lovely, fresh, well-defined, pulpy fruit. It offers breed, a very fine grain, finely powdered and stretched. It reveals notes of raspberry, violet, saffron (on the floral side) and small notes of pulpy blackberry, associated with touches of pulpy cassis, as well as fine hints of gunflint, cubeb pepper and a discreet hint of fresh tobacco. The palate is fruity, mineral, fresh, it offers racy minerality, a lovely gravelly, saline side, a frank side and a tangy frame. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh blackberry, cassis and small notes of wild raspberry, combined with touches of small crunchy wild berries, as well as hints of saline gravel, fresh flowers and a hint of saffron (on the floral side). The tannins are precise, fresh and sappy. Good length.
