This wine has a pale rose gold color with melon highlights. It is clear and shiny. The first nose is aromatic and fresh with minerality, slightly smoky and small fruits like apricot. With aeration, very ripe apricots emerge. There are also small iodized notes. We also manage to detect fine citrus notes such as pomelo zest and orange blossom. The tasting is fresh. The attack is frank with fruit and immediately minerality with a significant saline perception. We find apricot but also coconut milk and vegetal notes of garrigue. The mid-palate reveals very delicate touches of raspberry. The finish is still on this saline tension which makes your mouth water with fine notes of citrus and olive.
