The wine has a beautiful ruby color, moderately deep, limpid and shiny. The first nose is powerful with smoky notes like black tea and charcoal. Then we smell black fruits like blackberry and plum. The second nose is fresh, minty… but also tangy, juicy on berries. We also have a side of tomato coulis, umami with some sweet spices. On the palate, the attack is fragrant with crunchy fresh berries but also sweet spices. The tannins are fresh, present and smooth. They fade in the middle of the mouth. Vanilla is also in the background with a fragrant sandalwood side. The finish is plum.
