The palate is fruity, racy and offers tension, juiciness, an acidulous frame as well as freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh blackberry, small juicy/fresh wild red fruitsand small notes of violet associated with touches of tobacco leaf, zan, sweet spices as well as a discreet varietal hint and mocha. Good length. A hint of toasted almond on the persistence. Tannins are slightly firm.
