The nose is fresh and offers a certain intensity and a fine spicy side. It expresses notes of crushed blackberry, crushed raspberry and more slightly – racy minerality associated with small touches of fresh blond tobacco, spices and a subtle hint of fresh lily. The palate is nicely mineral and offers freshness, roundness, a little fatness, tension and accuracy. The wine expresses notes of juicy/pulp raspberry, juicy/fresh cherry and more slightly – violet associated with touches of racy minerality as well as hints of blackberry, fine hints of fresh blond tobacco and a subtle almost sappy hint in the background. The tannins are supple and sapid. Good length.
